Cruise West Coast IPA

6% 60 IBU 
We're going West Coast vs East Coast IPA's over the next 2 weeks, starting with tomorrow's release of a straight up west coast IPA. We used 100% local cascade, chinook and centennial hops. Clean malt bill with a little demerara sugar to boost the abv without the body and keep the bitter bite. 
Target is to highlight the differences in the two beers, and give everyone a chance to experience the unique styles.
