We endure a lot during Ottawa winters... and many years ago, we endured the worst ice storm the city had ever seen. It froze everything!
So thought this would be a good fit.
We used the super cold winter to help brew this beer. Physically taking the fermenter outside to actually freeze the beer and allow us to extract the juicy goodness.
Big malty German Eisbock beer, using Vienna, light and dark munich malts and a touch of black malt to build this beautiful beer.
Finally something good about Ottawa winters!
