We're going "Old School" for this traditionally styled Altbier. Our altbier is a lovely copper colour, full of German malts and German noble hops.
Unlike most German beers, it uses a top-fermenting yeast like an ale, but matured at a cooler temp like a lager.
The result? Smooth malt forward raisin fruit notes from the malts, sharpness of the hops, finishes crisp and dry.
