Root of Evil. Pre-Prohibition Lager. 4.5% 25 IBU
The story...
Back in the early 1900’s, people believed alcohol to be the ‘root of evil’ and introduced prohibition. Before prohibition - there were craft breweries in every town in North America. Following prohibition a few big breweries squeezed out all the little guys to the point where craft breweries were all but gone!
The Beer...
This crisp and clean pre-prohibtion lager reflects the way beer was made over a hundred years ago. Local grains and hops, with a touch of roasted corn will take you back to the pre-prohibition days!
