The Story...
The Father-In-Law had a sugar bush up north, and every year we’d go up to help. One year, Ian took some maple sap back to brew with instead of water - just to see what it would do.

The Beer...

The focus is the maple.  First time we brewed it, we used maple sap, which has a nice subtle maple woody tone in addition to the maple sweetness that everyone is looking for - absolutely delicious balance. 

We use some syrup now, but mostly we age it on maple wood to emulate the original. 

Smooth, Light and easy drinking.  It’s like Canada in a glass!
