The Mick! Maple Cream Ale. 4.5% 15 IBU
A Spring favourite, The Mick our maple cream ale is back once again just in time for the trees to start running.
Brewed originally using maple sap from the father-in-laws sugar bush, just to see what it would do. The maple was very subdued, but had a nice warm maple woody tone.
We use a very light malt base, with oats and flaked barley added for that creamy smooth mouthfeel. We added maple wood chips to the boil to extract those maple wood notes.
Smooth, Light and easy drinking.
