Bold and flavourful IPA.  Idaho 7 hops in the boil presents big mandarin presence, then dry hopped with Cascade for a more vintage west coast piney/grapefruit finish.

An absolute monster, just like it’s namesake – is not all scary.  Within it, is a bit of the light side – and the sabro hops add a hint of coconut and tropical notes.  Scary – but delicious.
