The Story...
Another Christmas tradition, the Sugar Plum Fairy is a number in the Nutcracker Ballet, written by Tchaikovsky and we felt that it would make a really interesting concept in a NEIPA!
The Beer...
Being 2020... we went bigger this year! Higher ABV and bigger sugar plum flavour!
Sugar plums are basically a fancy way of making a sugary treat out a apricots, figs, plums, fennel, cardamom, star anise and caraway. Sounds like a pretty good beer - so we made it!
