The Downward Spiral - Red IIPA 7.6% 50 IBU

The Story...
Matt and Patrick are a big part of our little brewery family - and it just so happens that they have their birthday on the SAME DAY!
To treat them, we brewed a big bad Red Double IPA! Red for Patrick, IPA for Matt - big ABV for both!

The Beer...
Reddish-amber to dark reddish-copper colored, hoppy, bitter, and moderately strong like an American IPA, but with some caramel, toffee, and/or dark fruit malt character.
Went big on the boujie hops - Mosaic and Citry - to load in some big tropical fruit tones on top of the dark malty sweetness.
